Your Role at Chrima
As a Welder/Fitter, you’ll be a hands-on contributor, working with various welding techniques to fabricate and assemble metal parts. From blueprint to final inspection, your attention to detail and mechanical knowledge will be critical in producing work that meets both our internal standards and our customers’ expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Weld and fabricate metal components per technical drawings and project specifications
- Operate MIG, TIG, and Stick welding equipment efficiently and safely
- Interpret schematics and blueprints to ensure precise fabrication
- Assemble components using various tools and fabrication methods
- Perform quality checks on completed workpieces to ensure compliance
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production timelines
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of welding experience (required)
- Proficient in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques
- Ability to accurately read and follow blueprints and technical drawings
- Hands-on experience in metal fabrication and assembly
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
- Excellent attention to detail and safety-first mindset
- Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
